I have a creative background which consists of working within the field of Photography after obtaining a degree in BA hons photography. I enjoyed travelling to some wonderful countries around the globe, working in Sydney as a photographer and also working as an English teacher in Thailand. My experiences led me to enjoy photographing people from different cultures. I love learning about new cultures and South East Asia is one of my favourite places to visit. I am also intrigued with how eastern culture views health, happiness and well-being. This is usually seen as a state of being which is found within, where as Western culture tends to be more goal oriented. I think a combination of both works great for our well-being and Solution focused Hypnotherapy works wonders to help us achieve this balance.
I absolutely love animals and enjoyed a wonderful experience volunteering at Elephant nature Dog Park in Chiang Mai. Also I am a lover of Thai food and a food lover in general. I now have my own cheeky fox like Romanian Rescue dog whom I’ve had for the past two years. We enjoy the outdoors and walking/playing in nature together.
I’ve always had an interest in the nature of psychology and decided to apply for my training at CPHT school. This has been such a valuable experience and having some Solution focused Hypnotherapy sessions during my course helped me through some difficult times and helped me to get back on track. In turn, my passion started to blossom for wanting to help others going through any tough experiences, life events or any conditions they may be experiencing which may be holding them back. I want people to know that there is help and it IS possible to feel better and to live a joyful life. I am here to simply help guide you on your journey. Let’s take that first step together.
